Hi guys, I am 5ft 2in and weight 140lbs, I know... alot of you are most likly thinking that is nothing, but in two weeks a gained 5lbs, and i was shoked!!! You see on summer all i did was ride my bike and i got rid of alot of weight. i went from 145-150 down to 130 and i was really proud of myself then I gained all the wait back once i went back to school. dose any one have any tipes on losing the weight and keeping it off???

JUST DO WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING AND CONTINUE EATTING GOOD WHEN YOU LOST THE WEIGHT, JUST DONT DO THE EXCERSISING PART!

You need to exersize reguarly. If you exersize a lot all summer, and then do hardly anything when school starts your going to gain weight. Cut your food servings in half and eat healthy...mostly all the time.
