if you are on 1,200 calorie diet and you burn 400 of them is it bad if you dont eat them back or is it good.
Reply from Hayley, Age 15 - 03/09/05 - IP#: 64.172.57.xxx well it depends. If you do a large amount of exercise then you should be eating more, because if not, then your body will start eating your muscles. don't increase your food intake by a lot though, maybe like 100 calories or 200 at the most.
