I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT! I say im gunna lose weight but then i get the attitude "its lot easyer to eat whatever then try to eat healthy" I am very stressed right now and kinda depressed and i hate school. I need help!!!!!! I HAVE NO SELF CONTROL i wanna feel good about myself for the 1st time in 7 years!!!!! Does anyone have a good plan or advice please help me! Im 17 yrs, 237lbs, 5'6"

And now I find myself really wanting to loose that weight, and here it is again! I also dont like going out and walking around, and I dont have any money whatesoever for any of these new dieting places. As much as I would love to, and as much as I would like to.. its just not a happening thing, you know? I think this is great, because now that I know there's somone out there that's going through the same thing as me, I dont feel so alone, you know? Gives me a little courage to get my stuff together and get ta steppin'! Hang in there! I'm sure we can both do it.
Reply from mariee, Age 16 - 03/09/05 - IP#: 70.23.123.xxx hey anna, its mariee i was new to this site a couple of days ago soo dont worry and i want to let you know i 235 pounds and i noe how u feel .. okay im goin on a diet tomorrow and staying on it until i feel good about myself and everything else soo .. okay u got to eat healthier then wut u are doing .. walking helps u alott !! or riding the stationary bikes .. ! soo u can do that and excersise daily but do not stress yourself outt doo to ur extent and how u feel how much as u want dont push yourself ..! dont worry about it okayy and dont look into the future concentrate on how much you really want to lose .. if it helps put badd pictures around ur house on the fridge definately and when u are going for a little snack okayy think wut is this food gona benefit me in life it only taste good for the moment u put it in your mouth and if u follow this ur guarranteed to lose weight!! I heard that walking or riunnign a half and hour nonstop is a mile so you can do the math. But start out there and if you don't have a bacement or anything then just walk around your house for about 15 to 30 minutes. And listen to music, make it fun. And just slowly cut back on your food. Like instead of eating a hamburger at McDonalds then eat a salad. Or instead of a pop with the french fries have a water. Don't restrict yourself to one of those low anything diets because all they do is make you hungarier so if you slip up once and a while you're more temted to eat more than if you were just eating healthier stuph. I hope it works out for you.
