Hello everyone! My name's Sam, and I am overweight. There, I said it. I'm sort of tall.. but thats not excuse for the amount of weight that I've put on. I would really like to lose some this summer and try to play tennis in the fall for school, but I dont want everyone just looking at me like some blob, thinking I cant play! I've looked around and I've seen some stuff that other people have said, and I just think to myself that its nice to know that I'm not the only one out there, even though it seems like I am. Right now I weigh 250+, so here's my pledge to quit the extra eating and shed some pounds! Need to look nice for my senior year!

calm down, I used to feel this way to just do 30 minutes of excersise everyday! and eat half of what you used to eat and try to not drink soda and drink natural fruit jucies, and if you still cant seem to lose weight, than I have a 3 day diet for you! Itll really work and you dont even have to excersise, but that is only for an EMERGENCY it is the unhealthy weight loss and I dont like to give it out but for you i will but not yet try the excersise thing and come back to this site in 3 monoths to tell us how you did!

i understand how you feel- i'm the biggest girl on my tennis team. the only good thing about it is all my opponents think "fat girl can't run" and i whoop them.lol! but i understand the uncomfort- especially when it comes to uniforms and so on. just start working on getting permenant good eating ahbits- add more fruits and veggies and lean protien into your diet and start weaning yourself off junk. good luck!
