okay so im goining weight watchers tomorrow and im going to only eat 20 points a day i weight like 145ish and i might be 5'4 or 5'5.. and i used to run alot but since its winter its so cold but i think i might just suck it up and run and lift light weight and if its snowing il do like yoga or tea bo.. does that sound good.. but final goal is 115.. and that how much my sis weights and were the same height and shes 17 so thats my goal.. i want to reach it by june 1 does anyone think i can do it.. ? PLEASE COMMENT!

i'm not sure you should be setting your weight so low- don't you plan on having any musvcle??? i think you should try for 130lbs first and try that out- be realistic about it. if you find you still have a large body fat percentage(by doctor's standards- not by your own looking into the mirror) then you should go lower...good luck though!
