i feel so bad. i pigged out today. i mean i probably went over 3000 calories. i have been eating like 1500 a day for a month and a half. how can i prevent this from happening again?

Hey. I used to binge about once a week and I havent for about 2 weeks now. I feel great and I'm loosing weight. Its so hard to stop it but honestly, if you can stop it for a few weeks, you can do it for life. (well kinda I guess). I really dont know how I stopped but I just thought to myself. Its great when your eating but after? You feel like a cow and discusted and promis yourself you wont do it again. Yet you do.... So I just stopped and when the time comes you will stop. If you really want to and you try, then I think you can do it! Plus, youve been following a strict 1200 cals a day and you slipped. No biggie!! Just forget aobut it and move on.

try to remember how horrible you feel after you binge. whenever you're about to go crazy, take a drink of water and a deep breath and ask yourself WHY you're eating.

before each bite or before you go into the kitchen think of a plan like hm.. im going to eat a yogurt and a bannana for breakfast but if you dont have a plad DO NOT GO INTO THE KITCHEN and if you start thinking hm..that cake looks good just grab a piece of fruit and go out as quickly as you can i hope that helps ive started doing that and it seems to work
