i know this is a super bad idea but if you dont eat for a month and loose like 20lbs and after that you gain muscle by working out will you be healthy

hey manda bear, guess who else supports fasting for that long, anorexia sites, thats right. Its one of the number one ways those sites advertise for basically the bare minimum you need to LIVE.

um- no. you'd lose way too much muscle in that month and store all of your fat so in the end you would look horrible- worse then when you started plus you would slow down your metabolism even more so that you'd gain more weight when you started eating again bevcause you've lost so much muscle...

You can't just not eat for a month. The key to dieting is exercise and controlled portions of healthy food. Why don't you try just eating HEALTHY things.. salad, veggies, fruits, lean chicken. You will be very surprised at how easily you will drop weight. Certain things just need to be cut out of your diet and you will be fine. Exercise for about 45 minutes a day too if you can.
