hey im going to start the atkins diet my doctor okayed it.. and my goal weight is 120.. im 5'4 and weight 145 right now.. tomorrow im going to eat an egge white omlete with ham and cheese and 2 pices of bacon.. and for lunch tuna fish with mayo.. and dinner a small salad with feta cheese and chicken.. and if im hungrey later that night im going to have 2 pieces of bacon or a string cheese.. im also going to work out for 1.5 hours 6 days a week.. im only eating 20 carbs.. im going to do this diet for 2 weeks and see hwat my results are.. can you guys please commetn tell me if it will work and how mcuh i could lose if i stick with it and do not cheat... thanks soo much!!!

I think you will do fine always think postitve, my lil bro told me that humans think so negative, My lil bro is 9 and he weighs like almost 150 and he dosent care, he says he would like to not gain any weight, instead of losing it because he is very positive, he is a sweet kid and so gentle he congratulates me everyday about my weight loss and he said I was pretty!

not to put you down or anything... but atkins diets and stuff are only temorary... yeah you will get GREAT! results but after you reach your goal you wont follow it forever... its too hard... you will gain it ALL back.... my neigbour lost 150 pounds on the atkins diet and when she stopped 41/2 months later she gained it ALL back... so caution... its only temorary....but good luck to ya!!
