Reply from [.x-Amanda-x.], Age 14 - 03/12/05 - IP#: 216.95.50.xxx the best way is not weight watchers or anythign like that... but to eat healthier... the colorful the better.... carrots, apples oranges ect.... chicken breast (white meat) for protien and 6-10 glasses of water a day... also just be active.... you dont have to run a marathon or spend lots of money.... but buy an exercise tape and try that once in a while or go for a walk.... start slow and build your way up
Reply from Jasmine, Age 17 - 03/11/05 - IP#: 64.63.255.xxx Hi Jesse! Ummm, what i said in my last entry, try the trendmill, an hour a day should keep you healthy. I sometimes eat a chicken salad but not all the time. Just keep exercising but don't over due yourself!
