OK....my name is Amanda and im 14... im 5'7(1/2)" and i weigh 240 pounds.... its alot.... but when i try to lose weight..... first i tried not eating... doesnt work... and right now im not eating lunch but it feeels like im eating mroe becuase when i come home from school im really hugnry so i have like a whole meal and an hour later i have dinner... i also eat right before bed.... its weird its like whenever im bored i eat.... does anyone have any suggestions how they did it...thankz....[.x-Amanda-x.]

instead of eating when your bored try drinking water or having some green tea. Green tea cleases the body if you belive you can lose the weight you want to you will, coz it's also about positive thinking Good Luck

Okay, I had excersised 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week, and instead of not eating lunch, eat ALL meals, never skip any of them, and try to eat healthy snacks instead of a bad of chips, get a gronola bar, and practice portion sizes, it'll really help you it helped me!
