i am so sick of this battle... i started coming to this board over the summer i think.... like last spring... i weighed 185ish then... yea i weigh 203 now.... its so hard at school mainly.... i always end up buying lunch and buying foods that arent good for me but its just so hard.... and seriously the past 3 times ive said ok im gonna go back to the gym, ive gotten bronchituss.... its weird but its true.... i have it now and as soon as im healthy enough im goin back to the gym..... ive tried hard in the past but then i just eat badly and gain weight... all i have is a bunch of false promises to myself.... i rejoined weight watchers at like 202... lost a little, stayed the same, gained like .6 then i went away and now ive missed 3 weeks.... and ive gained... im a pound heavier then when i joined.... it just sucks because this is so hard.... i need some serious advice on like 3 things- what to bring for school lunch, some good exercises i can do at the YMCA, and just all around support.... if anyone is interested in emailing each other for support let me know....

make ur lunch 4 skool before you go to bed and put it in the fringe, make a salad or somfing, and don't bring money to skool good luck!

Hi my name is MArylin (obviously)and if you have heard from all around, I lost 55 pounds and I feel great, so, I say that at the ymca, you should try to get the cardio work outs instead of muscle training. sometimes it's not all about what you eat, I think that it is all about the fitness and cardio is exactly what you need. I think that for school lunch you should probubly bring a salad with some low-fat salad dressing. You can eat ALL of your favorite foods, just try to get into the habit of eating low fat kinds, you will be shocked at the results! but really you will, and make little goals for yourself each week, like every sunday weigh, yourself and hope to lose 1 pound or 2. That is how I do it, and go to the gym at least 5 times a week or more (depending on how much weight that you want to lose) and try to drink a lot of water and NEVER congratulate yourself with food, congratulate yourself with things like get your nails done and stuff like that!
