hey does any one have any good excersies i can try for abs besides crunchs, i ae been doing about 300 crunches a night for about three months and i havent seen any thing happenthanks a lot

Hey Elly,
Try doing little tummy tucks and pushup as well. Go to the gym more often and eat healthy food. Cut off the junk food and there will probably be a big difference. Take it easy sweetie mwahz xox

Running or jogging will help your abs. But the main thing is what you put in your mouth. For example, watch what you eat. Best of Luck!!!!!!

increase the intensity either with weights or do situps and as you do that you should see results if you are not seeing results you may actually have a layer of fat over your muscles not to worry just do some cardio every day :run,jog,walk,swim,ride bikes,pretty much anything that will get your heart rate up... try it and if that doesnt work maybe you arent doing the crunches right or you can go on google search and find other excersizes like crunches that work other muscles in your core area like your hips, back and obliques i know a few but i really dont know how to describe them in words i hope this helped...

when you crunch up hold for a few seconds, maybe 5-10 or longer if you can hold it, and do that every 4 regular crunches
