Ok, i know that fruit juice is supposedly almost as bad as soda cuz its got so much sugar in it, BUT, i love orange juice-- is it really that bad? Ok, so my diet is slowely getting better, ive cut out all normal choclate and sweet and junk eating- just ocassionly, like my host mother made a cake tonight, so i ate one little piece of it instad of like 3). And way, now my normal diet consists of cereal with milk for breakfast, something hot, like pasta for lunch but i have been watching my protions and its crazy to see how much i used to eat! and for diner its usually bread and cheese and tea(w/o anything in it) . and for snacks i have either orange juice, dried apricots or apples, or pistacio nuts and sometimes a pretzel with butter. what do you all think? plus ive got an hour cardio workout 4 times a week. iI'd love your input! thanks

YAY. but seriously, i am having a lot of fun, luckly i havent gained any weight here, but my whole exchange group just met a few weeks ago as a sort of "middle of stay" thingy, and omg, some of the ppl, mostly girls, gained lots of weight, the highset i think was like 14 kilos, thats over 30lbs in 6 months! so yes, be very careful!

I'm going to Spain this summer for a month and a half and I'm going to live with a host family. I think it will be challenging not to gain weight. Good luck!
