Hi! I want 2 know, how do u avoid overeating? Like i eat healthy and all, but i have this obsession with cereal (Cheerios, Special K) and i eat a LOT of it! Around 4 bowls every day... or more! i know cereal is pretty healthy, but i eat WAY 2 much of it!

try having a drink of water instead i know that you don't feel like water but it can fill u up. Or chewy good luck!!!

i make a rule for myself that I can't have two servings of the same food in one day. I am obsessed with cereal too and I eat a lot of it, but I never allow myself two servings of the same cereal in one day. This limits me because I don't have THAT many different kinds of cereals, so when I've eaten my serving, I have to eat something else, like fruit or protein.

lol! at least i know now that im not alone! lol! Sometimes, instead of taking cereal, ill drink a lot of water... it fills u up after a while and it avoids u from eating.... sometimes lol!

I am the same way, i love cereal too, i will eat healthy stuff but overeat it all too! I dont really have a sweet tooth, but i love cereal, fruits, and grains, but i eat too much of it all! If you find out, let me know!
