hi,I'm so inspired by the stories.luckly i found this site, I read all the messages. and I see my story reflected in some of you.I'have been obese all my life, have tried all the diets on the market. I'm looking forward to try again, by eating healthy and doing excercise.keep short-term goals and write down what I eat. at this moment I weight 220lbs.wish to lose some weight by prom and kept the weight off.thank for the advices that you all give to each other and hope you guys will take a second and write me back.I be glad to hear from you.

ALWAYS KEEP POSITIVE THOUGHTS even if you just get discouraged it pays off im on my last 20 pounds until i reach my goal weight let me tell you it is hard but you can do it !!! my advice is become active, do anything extra like if you take an elevator take the stairs if you eat fries eat fruit or veggies if you drink soda take some water just little changes and things that helped me were writting down what i ate the first couple of days before i started my diet and then i looked and saw changes i needed to make like those i just listed. it really does work i got to my goal weight but i got so depressed over the summer so im losing what i gained but i will get to my goal weight again and you will get to yours !!! DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!!
