Hay guys I want to curve a diet which I can stick to everyday even when I am happy with my wieght. For breakfeast I have two pieces of toast with juice. But for lunch is what I have the questions. I have 3 pieces of chicken strips, 5 potatoe wedges, and a water. Is that ok? Then after school I have golf practice for 2 hours (im not the best but im getting better.lol.)and when I play golf I walk all 9 holes. Then for dinner I usually have grilled chicken with a small seving of potatoes or salad. Thnx for the help.

The lunch isn't too good, and you need some more fruits and vegetables. But that is almost perfect otherwise! Good luck!

Eat wt u eat bt swap da potatos 4 veggies and eat mor fruit insted of junk 4 snax (if u do).

i would only eat about three potato wedges. if u eat like that, u will stay at ur current weight.
