Hi everyone. I really don't get this website because we came here to ask for advice and to loose weight. Why when I see comments from people to other people they critize and tell them to go away and never come back. I know this site is for overweight kids (like me LOL, I'm 147) but still you shouldn't be mean to ppl like that. Well anywayz I have a couple of questions. Anyone care to answer, lol.-Is it good to excercise on your period week?-Since strawberry is a fruit, is it still healthy since it is sweet?-If you are sick, should you still excersise?Please answer my questions

its great to exercise when u have ur period. i do it all of the time. it feels great

Exercising while you are sick is not advisable because you're body is using all your energy to fight off the illness and you might become too tired if you exercise on top of that. A good rule of thumb is that if you didn't go to school (or wouldn't have if its a weekend or vacation) then don't exercise. Good luck, hope this helps. *Ray*Ray*

It is especially good to excersize during your period, it will ease cramps! ALL (well most) fruits have sugar in them, so as long as it is fresh fruit, it is good for you. Take it slow if you are sick. If you are just a little sick and don't feel real great, you can go on a walk. If you are critical or in the hospital don't excersize, unless it is recommended by the nurses. Good luck!
