Reply from Christina, Age 16 - 03/15/05 - IP#: 24.233.84.xxx Hey I used to have that problem. Well, my suggestion is dont go home right after school. Like...an activity? OR, get rid of all the junk out of your house. My house doesent have one cookie or bag of chips or one coke can. My parents are both health nuts, so even if I do crave something like junk food...I have nothing to turn too. And that has helped a lot. You can also plan all of your meals throughout the day and that can make you feel more organized so you don't just grab anything for a snack.

Reply from Grace, Age 15 - 03/14/05 - IP#: 24.62.180.xxx Hey, I have the EXACT same problem.. I always overeat right after school. Normally, to try and stop this, I get a huge glass of water, and then either eat my supper right then and there, and just have fruit later at night, or have a healthy snack and then the small sweet thing I allow myself each day. It also helps to have something large, like a big bunch of carrots, that you can nibble on for a long time, makes it seem like you are eating more.
