I am 15 and i weight 210-215 lbs and i am 5'7" some one give me some help

Hi Kaitlyn, im 14 5'6" and wigh 124. I maintain my weight by making my food portions smaller but not too small. The trick is to not eat too much but dont eat little cuz u can turn anerexic or bulimic or something. Im also in track so I can get my matabalism going! Co then when I eat healthy I stay healthier and loose weight faster if i think im gaining a little. So ya my best advice is watch how much you eat and do as many activities and sports as you can

NEVER DO THE 3 DAY DIET< JUST DO THE BASIC STUFF, LIKE EAT RIGHT, AND EXCERSISE!!!

my advice is the same old same old diet and excesize yeah i know VERY boring but just dont think of it like yeah im on a diet i cant do anything fun MAKE IT FUN that is like the only way to lose weight i have lost a total of 60lbs and all i did was i exchanged bad things that i ate with good although i did NOT do this all at once it took me about a month to get it straight but i did start losing weight the first week just look at what you eat every day starting with breakfast i use to eat those microwavable waffles with syrup but i realized how many calories they had so i switched to fruit or cereal and then lunch i use to get school lunch consisting of hamburger and fries (AAHH not good lol) so i got a salad with a side of chicken or i brought my own side. dinner i use to eat really big portions and sometimes seconds so i first cut down to one portion then to a smaller portion and then finally to a regualar serving size for a snack when i come home from school now i have started to eat dinner right when i come home because im so hungry then but i use to have a sandwich made or have a direct plan to make a bowl of cereal thats one of my rules make a direct plan when going into the kitchen if you start thinking hmm...those chips look good ill have that instead RUN AWAY FROM THE KITCHEN i am not kidding just grab a piece of fruit and a glass of water then go up to your room or go for a walk just get out of the kitchen away from temptation. excersize which is so important find what you really love to do even if you have to try them all and if you like more then one do more then one for me i like running,walking,swimming,biking,and occansionally dancing im going to try more things though just to get the feel for them also adding cruches and squats to your excersize routine are great just to 20-100 a night and work your way up also dont weigh yourself every week it can be discouraging find a week prefably not when your on your period and weigh yourself every month then you wont become too obsesive i hope this helps DRINK PLENTY OF WATER THAT IS SO IMPORTANT~!!
