Hey guys! Hope your weeks going good. Well you know how I was freaking out about how I didn't loose anything? I now lost a pound, so I'm all good now. Also, I have a great lunch idea that equals up to 300 calories! With all the food groups involved, (except veggies). So for your sandwitch, you take one peice of bread. (Make sure its wheat and 100 calories or less. THEN at the market, there are these things called PERDUE chicken peices. They fit perfectly on half of the sandwitch folded over. And the best thing is that there only 80 calories a slice. So your sandwitch equals 180 calories. I also brought a cheese string, which is 80 calorise. Then strawberrys and grapes mixed i a little baggie, which equals about 40 calories. And then a water! Its a great lunch and you can always mix and match too. I hope I can get to my goal weight of 116 before Easter! I gave up icecream and icecoffee and I still havent eaten it. I hope all of your diets are going well, and just think of the end results when your buying a pair of jeans and you reach for the size 6...(your goal size), and there too big!

Actuily I did try it before. And it worked. Untill I gained it back!
