Reply from kathryn, Age 17 - 03/17/05 - IP#: 84.160.141.xxx i did a 3 day one, it was fuit day 1, veggies day 2, and broth day 3, i lost about 10lbs and gained 5 of them back, so it works, kinda- but be careful cuz it makes you REALLY week, i had trouble getting up my stairs on the third day.
