Hey all, I'm going on a cruise at the end of September and I'm just wondering how much weight I can lose by then. I want to look semi good since there are swimming pools there and single guys. I don't have a problem with the whole dieting thing, just the cravings. I'm trying to go to the gym at least 2-3 days a week, if not more and then work at home on my AB Lounge. I'm eating healthy, veggies, fruits, water, etc. So, with that, around how much could I lose? Thanks all.

Well if you dont have the time to go to the gym then you can 5 times a week then do the ab lounge a lil harder! i wanted that thing so bad ur lucky!

I'd love to go to the gym 5 days a week, but as is, it's tough enough for me to go 3 days a week. I'm in class about 47 hours a week and at work around 12-15, so it really is hard to find the time. I'm trying to fit in the 3 days a week and as said, do my AB Lounge at home. Do you have any other tips for me since I can't make it to the gym as often as I'd like?

I think that you will lose ALOT of weight! and try to go to the gym 5 times a week instead of 3!
