Hey eveyone, how is everybody doing? I just found this site today. . and i think it really cool . . it almost like a support group, and i figured i would join! Well . . heres my case lol. Im 15 i weight between 145and 150lbs and im about 5'2. I'd like to lose between 15 and 20lbs before summer.I went to a diet person about 2 years ago and she told me that i needed to be doing about an hour of exercise everyday, I live in maine, and around here we have like no parks or side walks or anything lol. Anyone have any suggestions on summer exercise i can do around the house? <3 always, Angie.
Ps. Can someone tell me a little more about weight watchers . . its kinda of hard for me to understand the whole point system and stuff. Thank you!

I dont know about stuff like weight watchers! but keep doing what you are doing!

by some workout tapes, they really do work!!! I have the denise austion kickboxing video and walk away the pounds videos. GOOD LUCK!!!
