I am a black chinese and i talk just like it! lol anywayz, I think that you should do about 2 sets of 20 crunches a day then work your way up, and do about an hour of cardio outside so you can sweat! that is all that you need, good luck!
Reply from helen, Age 15 - 03/18/05 - IP#: 68.158.46.xxx 30 minutes to an hour of cardio a day which is stuff like walking dancing swimming jogging any thing that gets your heart rate up then crunches and things like that start out with 30 and every three days raise it ten also DO PUSHUPS start out with one if they are really hard (NOT THE GIRLY ONES) and then add one every time it gets easier. leglifts do about twenty and raise it one every two days jackknifes do about 5 and raise it every few nights and finally oblique crunches start with ten and raise it every few nights i hope this helps and if you have any questions on how to do any excersizes just ask...
