hey everyone im 5ft 3inc and i weight 169 and i would like to lose 40lbs in my home can anyone give me tips please thanks.

And to eat really healthy foods,and stop snacking,and you should stop eating after 7:00. If you start doing these things and more I know youll lose 40lbs.I now weigh Perfectly 130lbs for my height and build.GOOD LUCK!!

When you go to the store, stay away from the junk food aisle. Get fruit and healthy crackers such as triscits. Those are great with cheese. Next, make an exersize plan. Limit your tv/computer time and spend more time doing active things. There are a lot of great exersizes to do. Just do ones that you like! Good luck.
