Hey everyone am 16 years old and i weigh about 160 - 165 and am 5'4 i really like to be about 120 - 130 before the summer time i just started my work-out (2weeks ago) i walk 1 mile (20mins) everymorning and then eat a apple i drink about 12 glasses of water i dont eat at school because our school area doesnt provide healthy food so after school around 4pm i eat juillen salad low cal. italien cheese and roast beef then i walk 3 miles (1hr) and play basketball or ride my bike with friends then i eat dinner around 7 or 8 pm chicken, salad, carrots, broccli that stuff then i go online before bed i do jumping jacks and situps i know this seems alot to me but i dont know how much i can do :) hopefully until i loose alot and then keep it up maybe cut out that 3 miles a day i dunno do you think i will loose my belly before August 1st :S if you guys want to chat add me angelz205@hotmail.com

try taking your lunch to school, and eat a bigger breakfast, like have two eggs or some turky bacon or yogurt to add protein to your breakfast

You should probably eat a little more, but otherwise, I think you can lose the amount of weight that you wanted to by august! GOod LUck!

also sarah instead of walking the morning mile jog it and it will take less time...

hey sarah
that three miles after school wont seem like as much when you are in shape because i do about five after school because of track practice and it was a pain in the a$$ litterally lol but im in shape now and it only took a couple of weeks and now i run more then five so you can do it especially with that big work out.
for your diet why dont you just bring what you eat at four to school because it is really bad to no eat for such a long period of time anyways good luck!!

sorry I accidentialy pushed enter but ya you can totally lose the weight by august 1st, my birthday!! But ya expecially with all that your doing...have you lost any weight yet?
