ok, so in prepareation for the summer, i think i should be concentraiting on my abs and upper arms, cuz those are my real problem areas (ok my thighs too, but i dont ever wear mini skirts). I have already bought some cute sleeveless shirts for summer, so i need to get moving!! Im better at working out than at dieting, cuz i just cant remember!! Its like, OREOS! YUM, and only after ive had a few do i remember, oh yeah, supposed to be eating healthily! help, how to i "remind" myself to what what i eat while im eating! Any ideas would be greatly appritiated (and spelling tips too)- !!

Tyr checkin gout the April/May issue of Girls Life. It has exercises tha ttarget different things. I think the article was called Bikini Bod Workout. I'm gonna try it. Good luck!!!

get rid of the junk in your house, try lower fat versions of the oreos, or hundred calorie packs good luck

I think everyone slips up. Like on friday I went to bible study and there was chips ahoy and I had like 6! and I drank Mt. Dew, but only a little b/c I decided that it wasn't worth it. I don't really think there is a special thing that you can say to yourself, but try and not 4 get and exercise harder the next day! GOOD LUCK!
