i have been on a diet for two weeks i no that you are not suppose to lose weight in a day or two. but everyday i try and it get harder and harder all my family got in the house is breaded food so it is hard for me to go on a diet. but one day i look in the mirrow and said i am successful i can lose weight .so iam tring to fulfill my go and lose 30 pounds

ask your family for help by buying healthy foods

you dont have to give up the breaded food just remember PORTION CONTROL AND EXCERSIZE jog for like thirty minutes a day and do muscle trainin excersizes such as crunches as well
