hi guys i have lost 6 pounds in the last 5 days how i did it was eating only one meal a day and nothing else and the weight has just been melting off and i dont feel hungry or fatigue it is great but you have to stick to it or you will gain it back fast.

Reply from helen, Age 15 - 03/20/05 - IP#: 68.217.4.xxx well duh you lost that amount of weight talk about annorexic! you need to eat more calories spred through out the day because that is so UNHEALTHY your body is in starvation mode!!!! do you really want to do that to yourself? i did it and im regretting it now because i lost about sixty pounds then i gained it back when my parents found out and started making me eat more and then i shot up to 175 and then i lost that the healthy way and went down to 115 and then i gained some more over the summer because i ate all wrong and now im losing it again trust me you dont want to keep that up and go through so much depression from the causes and stuff gaining those six pounds back again now and eating healthy is gonna be a whole lot easier then gaining sixty or seventy back isnt it? well i hope you choose a healthier alternative and if you disagree with me tell your mom your eating one meal aday see what she does...
