Can anyone tell me if this is a healthy snack..i took a whole apple and cut into pieces, sprinkeled sweet and low sugar on it and then cinnimon sugar on it and microwaved it for like 35 seconds..is it bad because of the cinnimon sugaR?

sugar turns into fat next time no sugar their is sugar in apples too exept they are good sugars Good Luck!!!

it works if you just have sugar and cinnamon i did that for a while but dont eat it every day it gets old

well the reason i tried it was because last night my family had apple pie but i wanted something healthier, so i microwaved it, to me it taste like the apples in an apple pie or apple crisp. i really like it! its good

it's fine, but next time, use a tiny bit of brown sugar, cinammon by itself, and some splenda or sweet 'n low instead of the cinammon sugar, and it'll be even better for you
