hey every one im gonna start running a mile every morning before i go to school and take a shower, and also i run a minimum of two miles a track practice a day and a max of 8. my coach said i need to eat more protein and carbs but i dont know any healthy ones. do you guys id really appreciate the help thanks ~helen~

for carbs eat whole weat bread and rice and so on it doesn't stick to u as fat but only a cup and also chicken skinless or turkey...fish is good and eggs are protein to

peanut butter or beans for protein and soft pretzels for carbs. Good luck.
