hey everyone i am new.. i have a ? okay so i want to look good for my senior pictures.. and i have two weeks and want to lose 10 poinds.. how can i do it.. i was thinking 500 calories and working out.. ? i dont care if it is healthy its just for 2 weeks please comment and tell me
Reply from amy, Age 14 - 03/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx hey i tried the whole trying to eat 500 cals a day thing and all i did was got really overwhelmed and double gained it back- just exersize more and cut fatty foods- and yes !! drink lost of water!! it really does help!

Water will flush out your system and you'll look thinner. 2) Work out everyday. You can lose about 6lbs in these two weeks if you really try. Working out will also give you a healthy, beautiful glow! 3) Hair matters alot. Certain hairstyles can make a person look thinner or fatter, so talk to your hairstylist about your needs. Good luck!
