i am getting so frustrated, i have been eating healthy and exercising the same but seem to gaining alittle weight. and my stomach looks so fat is so gross to look at...i dontknow what to do, i do an ab workout everynight and also 6 second abs..nothing is working

cardio!!!!and make sure you're eating enough cals and protien so that you aren't losing muscle instead of fat!

its prolly a good thing, cause it means you are gaining muscle. But if you really want to get rid of ne fat on top . . try doin sum cardo (runing, bickin, bladeing, danceing, swimmin and ne thing that getsyour heart beat racein!) <3 aNgIe

there is fat in your muscles, and when you first start doing exercises, the fat that is in the muscle is pushed out. just keep doing what you're doing and your stomach will get smaller as the fat there is burned.

well, it might be that you are gaining muscle. I mean, if u are really eating right and exersizing, u should be doing OK.
