Did great today! B: toast and grapes L: california roll S: carrots, grapes D: tuna sandwich and in the morning I did my walk away the pounds dvd! I'm so determined to do well...I'm not going to binge eat just because some guy anymore. PLUS I'm going to Tofino Islands in a month...so I gotta get in shape to wear a swimsuit! ALso try Billy bootcamp videos. i saw them on tv and i want them, they burn fat fast. U could see results in 7 days. the only reason why i believe that is because the paid program showed it all. it is fast and really arobic. good luck!!

B= reese's puffs, apple, milk L=stuffed pretzel S=10 cheeze its, like 20 chips, a cheesecake pudding thing D=suddenly salad I started pigging out cuz I just got depressed about my friend issues. Sometimes i feel like i feel like i dont fit in with the crowd.....
