omg, i feel like i am going to roll over and die - sometimes i just hate being a girl-- but then again if i were a guy i would have to shave my face - but i dunno if that really makes up for it. Anyhow, the way im feeling right now, no way can i do an exercise, sitting up is hard enough - any suggestions on stuff to do during "that time of the month"? Thanks!

Hey today's the first day of mine too...so I'll have a week of feeling icky. But hey, the good news is you burn an additional 300 calories on the days you have your period. I read this in a health magazine. So, technically, if you don't overeat, you'll still lose weight during your time of the month. Good luck! *~Kendra~*

they say that if you drink and lot of water and are active during you period your cramps will go away. O ya and us a hot pad or any other source of heat when your faling a sleep to make your cramps go away
