i av bin on a diet 4 bout a month but on/off-so rly jz about 2 week-but i stopped it lst thur and cnt seem 2 get da motivation 2 go bk on it (i stil aint overeatin, i av only been eating between 1800-2100jz eatin 2 much off da rong foodz, and im scared wt i av lost may cum bk on cz it az bin like 6 days of eatin like dis), i only wannid 2 loose weight in da first place bcoz i wz bcomin an "8" insted of my usual "6", i no dat sounds pathetic but i am only 9lbs off bn overweight and want 2 prevent it frm happening. Usually wen on da diet im either 2 busy so miss meals or stuk at home bord munching on 2 much. Plz help me regain da motivation and dnt giv me dat "ur not overweight so p!ss off rubbish" cz im unhappy. wt are ur tips and advice? wot and wen do u eat wen ur dietin on an average day? and ow much weight hav u lost? az 4 exercise i walk evrewer and constantly on ma feet so im active anuff i fink? thnx alot. luv *Ela*

just do the 1 hour excersize a day and 1200 calories and hey can u type normally please (not to be offensive its just hard to understand)
