Hey you guys. I was just wondering if any of you thought it would possible to lose roughly 30 lbs by like the beginning of July? I will going to Europe and I want to look good for the trip. I'm 5'7 and really embarassed to say my weight but I'm alittle over 200lbs. I was wondering if you know what to eat, what exercises to do...I know I have little time but I am highly motivated--so any help would be great. Thaks!

hey try the south beach diet i lost about 30 punds in 1-2 months it works so good i used to be 190 pounds and now im 140 pounds!! dont give up or in youll later regret it keep trying if you want to email me at hilbil1912@hotmail.com id love it

hi. i used to weigh 215 lbs and now weigh 195.5. I did it by eating healthier and exercises. yes ur goal is very very realistic. in about 2 months and a half i lose 19.5 lbs. yay!!! u could do it too!!!! good luck!!!!!!
