I went to the beach today with my friends, and I ate healthy and everything. But when I came home, I ate a WHOLE bunch of ribs...so today was like B: oatmeal L: chicken pita D: LOTS of ribs and potatoes. S: apple, carrots. It's not too bad, cuz none of it was unhealthy, but i felt icky. So i hula hooped for 1/2 an hour. Hows everyone else doin? *~Kendra~*

Hey kendra, I have that same problem. But i always freak out thinking I gained weight or something and then end up weighing myself. But good luck!

I haven't weighed myself yet. I don't want to do it too frequently because if I don't lose, I'll get depressed and EAT. so hahah...I better keep myself from going crazy. I weigh in every 2 weeks. *~Kendra~*
