Hey everyone! I haven't posted in a while. So I'm just saying Hi. I've lost 5 pounds in a month so far. Not the greatest, but hey its better then nothing. Now I'm down to 150. I have 10 more pounds to go and I want to loose them by Cinco De Mayo (my birthday!) Good luck to everyone here, don't put yourself down, because I know you'll succeed!!! Good Luck!!
