Hi everybody!! I just have a few questions. ok here they are... well, first of all, i need some new ideas 4 wrkouts. i have two workout videos, denise austin kickboxing video and walk away the pound video(1 mile). I need some new ideas 4 exercising. i don't have any money to purchase any of those big expensive workout gyms or anything like that. i do have my bike out from winter storage.lol (my dad puts it away in the winter.) I just need some fast result wrkout plans. i don't have anytime to fool around or anything like that. I really want to lose my legs. THEY ARE SOOOOO FAT. I know thighs are supposed to be chunky, but mine are outragous!!!!! PLZ HELP ME. I have been overeating lately. I think that I have gained 2 lbs back after losing 20 lbs. AHHHH!! I worked so hard. If any1 has tips or better exercise plans, PLZ REPLY!!!!! BTW: I weigh 195 (i think now) from 215. oh ya, i already know about toneteen.com and it is not helping me any. THANKZ PEEPS!! Hey again.. i did a lot of leg work like knee extentions and leg press. Im not big with the arm stuff cuz im weak... lol. Maybe u can get a member ship at a gym or do what i did and go to the weight room at ur school.. N e way remember start with the small weights and work your way up. Also walk when ever you can. I dont know about u but my whole life since i moved and went to a new school has been all walking cuz everything is so far away. N e way i hope you reach your goal!!!! LIZZIE

well done 4 loosing ur 20lbs. So fink of ur sucsess so far next time u feel like overeatin-as dis will help get ur motivation bak. Y dont u take up swimming or a dancing clas 4 a mor enjoyable and cheap exercise drag a few frends along so u can av more fun dis way. gd luk!

Hey jen, R u the one who left me a message??? Well n e way the answer is yes and no. Yes unfortunatly my thighs were big but when i lost almost 40 pounds they are still largeish. I probably lost only 2 or 3 in. but that is because i have very muscular legs from soccer and the weight room regimen that i set for myself so i think everyone is different and it all depends on ur body type... if ya need ne thing else i have AIM my sn is lil5footscrqt55 or email me at gcslilqt55@msn.com kkz Lizzie
