- How often should you weigh yourself?And one more thing . . do you guys trust scales? Do you think it`s off by a few poundS? Just wondering. Always wondered if I should trust scales.

I set a goal for my self like lose 10pounds every 5 weeks and I weigh my self at the end of the 5 weeks like a weigh in day, but I always use the same scale because all scales are different and it will mess you up.

i dont weigh myself often as i dont rely on scales but if i do i use da bmi scales as der mor effecient. weigh ur self evre 1-2 week and in da morn

dont trust the scales!!! scales are always off, and you almost ALWAYS be heavier when you weigh in at the doctors office. So instead use the scale in a different way. Use it to see how much youve lost, not how much you weigh. Like, it might say youre 150, when youre reall 160, but it wont be lyling when you lookse 10lbs, it will say 140. See what i mean?

Weigh your self once a week, and do it in the morning.
