Since Lent is now over, I can have what I gave up (candy and ice cream). But so far, its 12 o clock and I've already has about 10 pieces of candy! Now I can't stop and I'm going to gain the weight I lost back soo quick! How can I stop these urges of chocolate, that are now running through my veins once again!!!!!

Even though you could eat candy now maybe you should just stay away from it until you lose all the weight you want. so that when you eat it you wont feel bad.

It's easter- treat your self to a few chocolates, but do lots of exersize and drink lots of water. It's only food...and food isn't everything! Just remember that when you eat something good but bad for you like that, you have a couple minutes of pleasure and then you feel bad about it for a long time.

well, think about it, all during Lent you had those same urges, but you avoided them cuz you knew you HAD to. Now think, i dont HAVE to, but i want to!! Or you could try what im doing-- have whatever you want today, it IS Easter after all, but then tomorrow, you cant have any of it. You ahve to give the rest away!! give it a try!
