hey, im marielle, im turning 16 on the 23rd of may and i want to be 118 pounds by then. i'm 146 now, so obviously im going on a strict diet. Really strict. Like a mess up and i DIE strict diet. I'm on points system, i'll eat 20 of those a day, and exercise for 30 minutes on the treadmill every single freaking morning. and then every night im doing stretches so i can get a nice butt on my stability ball. this means NO crapfood at ALL on my part. and i know i'm knew here, but oh well, im starting right now to lose this weight! right this second, this very moment. No food after eight. No icecream, cookies, or junk. just healthjunk. like fruit. and vegetables. and other gagworthy things. i dont care anymore, im freaking going to make a difference! in fact, im going to go do MORE stretches on my ball!

30 lbs is a lot to lose in that short amount of time. it isnt really healthy. but.. im on the weightwatchers points 2 good luck

well, if ur soooo hard on urself u will probably not stick to the diet. I u make little goals and just exercise and eat right, u will DO IT!!!!

but dont feel so bad IF you mess up ok just work out a little harder that day because you dont want to become obsessed with how little or how much you eat that is never a good thing im trying to lose 18 pounds by my 16 birthday but thats in august im starting now but i cant seem to keep my eating healthy consistant if you have any tips id love to hear them well GOOD LUCK and im sure you will reach your goal by then
