hey ! I know its long but dont hate me for that..........I've never really thought of myself as being fat, just a little overweight. But then it got to me and i noticed it. Im 17 years old and almost off to college. when i hed for college i want to be skiny but its really hard for me to loose weight since i have a little sister who is always bringing in junk food to the house and i cant help it and I take some also I have a skinny older brother who does the same thing. I recently (february 15,2005) lost my sister who was a year younger than me. Doctors said she died of lupus,bacteria in the blood and from being moderetly obesse. so that scares me and I would like to losse atleast 50 pounds i am 5'4 and weight atleast 200 pounds so it will be really good for me to acomplish a goal not only for me but for my sister.If anyone has any suggestions please help.ive been looking at pilotas but dont know yet. thanx
Reply from Marielle, Age 15 - 03/29/05 - IP#: 66.69.218.xxx i am so sorry about your sister, but i know what it's like about your other siblings bringing in junk. my older sister ALWAYS brings home junk and she is like the thinnest thing you've ever seen. in fact, my whole family is the thinnest thing youve ever seen. if you'd like to be buddies, i think we have a lot in comon!

Reply from anne, Age 18 - 03/29/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx i'm really sorry about your sister. i couldn't even imagine! but i'm in the same boat for the weight and for wanting to be thinner and treally fit for college(especially so i'll look great and improve my game for tennis!). i have problems with emotional eating that i'm trying to overcome. just take it one decision at a time and good luck!
