I'm trying to eat better! Here's what I ate today: breakfast- cheerioslunch-soft pretzelsnack-bananadinner-cheese crisp and salsadessert- 1 peep and 1 small peice of chocolateHow'd I do?

i guess you did ok, but i dunno, looks like you need some more REAL food in there like pasta and broccoli for dinner

pretzels are still pretty high in cals, fat and especially carbs. even if u arent on a low carb diet (i really dont recomend going low or no carb) unless you are really active, like out for high school sports, or a runner, or whatever, to many carbs just store themselves as fat and dont keep you full. try some protein, u didnt have any today. Id have 2 eggs, or one egg and a glass of milk instead of cheerios, if your gonna eat a pretzel for lunch. and chips arent a good meal at all, even w/ a salad. eat more veggies and protein. but congrats on giving yourself a treat. treating yourself everyday can fight binges and cravings

MORE CALORIES!! the little treat at the end of the day sounds great and you were able to limit yourself to just a small treat! but i dont see how people like peeps personally i dont like them..

Your lunch and dinner sound likes snacks. You need to eat more, and more variety. Fruit, vegetables, a sandwich, these are the things you should be eating at lunch, and also lots of veggies at dinner. Chips and salsa is not a meal.
