yesterday i ate 2500 calories and ran about 3 miles and lost 1 pound ( i know i shouldn't weigh myself everyday but it's a habit and i'm trying to break it.)

Reply from Lizzie, Age 14 - 03/29/05 - IP#: 68.218.224.xxx you really shouldnt weigh urself everyday especially since ur weight fluctuates throughout the day usually its between 5 pounds ex. a person weighs 150 but during the day their weight could go down by about 5 pounds or up 5. Do u get it? i know im confusing try only weighing urself every week
