Hey guys ok this is what I had today:At 5:30 am I had Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal with skim milk. At 10:40 Lunch: 2 pieces of wheat bread, 1/2 apple Then I went to an orthodontist appointment, and got home at like 4:00, so then I had Dinner: 1/2 apple, sorbet bar, blueberry yogurt, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, lean cusine pizza. It all added up to 1200 calories. But is that bad to eat most of your calories at dinner. I end up like having 700 calories just at dinner. Is that bad to do, even though for the day it was 1200?

It DOESN't matter whenever you eat, but you probably should have ate something before you appt. Good Luck!

a calorie is a calories no matter when you eat it!

Yah you ate fine, just try to leval it out so you eat more earlier and less later! But other then that, you did fine.

its fine!! u did great!! try to have more calories at breakfast! ur body will burn more during the day! good luck!
