Hey everyone!, Hows everyone feeling latly?I have like two questions! Im 5'2 and weight 145lbs. Is 1200 cal. and ok diet for me? and if you think it is how much weight do you think i'd be able ta lose in the next two months?and one more. . .how do you suggest that i split my meals up (how many cal.s a meal)? Reply from Christina, Age 16 - 03/29/05 - IP#: 24.233.84.xxx Hey, 1200 calories is great. Okay, you should split it up into 4 meals. B=250 L=400 S=150 D=400 . That breaks it up into Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner. Make sure you chug lots of water, and eat lots of veggies and fruit, and lean meat! Good luck and if you creep over your calories once in a while, dont sweat it.
