Do NOT go on a diet!!! You r already skinny!!!! I am 5'1 and 276!!!

Jacob , first you ask your self why you want to lose those pounds and then ask yourself is it worth it.If your sure than you can start running ,doing sit ups ,or eating different.You could do all three but be sure you tell your parents so they'll know what eles to buy.Make sure you keep up with every thing you do or eat

well he IS over his healthy weight, and hes a VERY fluffy guy, very nice guy to hug... but anyway, just cut down to 1200 calories a day and work out like a man. woo.

This is easier said then done BUT: Eat less excercise more. Try to get active, and don't sit on your but as much. Try to limit your caloric intake.
