Lets see I weighed in @ 166lbs today! Ewww! I've gained like 6 lbs so back on the diet today! LoL! Um for breakfast I had and slimfast(180) and green tea(0), for lunch I had pretzels(170) and a few grapes, for a snack I had peanut butter and crackers (250) and for dinner I had green beans (40) and sum fried potatos (gross I know like bout 300) I did pretty good compared to what I eat when I don't care. Well I'm gonna go do sum abs! Post again tomorrow! Wish me luck! *mUaHz* Whit

That is only 940 calories, you need to eat more!
